St.
Mary's is an historic country church that relishes tradition but lives
vibrantly in the present. Here you see the front of the church, with
Guild Hill just visible in the background. The narthex in front was
added about 40 years ago to provide a gathering space and also an elevator
for those who need one. Red doors are typical for Episcopal churches
and symbolize the price paid by Our Lord. The bell on the tower is rung
to start the service, usually by a younger person. Click title
