Our church seats about 100 people, 120 with overflow in the narthex. It has a finished undercroft with kitchen that can accommodate about sixty people. It is air conditioned and has a sound system and Yamaha Clavinova. With consent of the interim priest and the Vestry, the church may be rented for weddings and funerals by non-members.
Historic Guild Hall is suitable for receptions and other kinds of meetings and can hold up to two hundred people (though restroom facilities are a few feet away in the church). It is heated but not air conditioned, but its extensive window system means it is comfortable except on very hot days. It has kitchen facilities and tables and chairs for approximately 100 people as well.It has been remodeled twice and, as of 2009, features a new kitchen and two new handicapped-accessible restrooms. Additional seating is available in the undercroft.
People using St. Mary's should consult the "Planning Guide," which is available from the church. There is an information and reservation sheet in that Guide which should be completed and returned to the church, along with appropriate fees. The following is a summary of that Guide. Using St. Mary's Staff
With the permission of the Interim Priest, and with enough lead time, St. Mary's may be rented and used by people who are not members. Please call Rev. Phelps at 952.929.1679. Such parties may employ their own member of the clergy. The following is the schedule of fees associated with using the staff at St. Mary's:
Priest-in-Charge:(pre-marital counseling): $200; wedding service: $150. (These fees go to the Priest's Discretionary Fund to assist various worthy projects.)
Pianist: $100-$150, depending on amount of music.
Cleaning Service: $15/hour, two hour minimum.

Church use (three hours or less): $500.00 at time of reservationGuild Hall use (five hours or less): $250.00 at time of reservation

Alcohol Deposit: $500 a week before use.
